Greenbook Rotations Hard to Get?

hey everyone, i had a quick question..

Since alot of states require greenbook rotations, and many of Saba's clinical sites are not greenbook, do you have to schedule the greenbooks yourself?

If so, how hard is it? Are people constantly denied, or is it a reasonably accomplishable endeavour?

So just to clarify? most are acgme approved?
