Are ROMANIAN ENGLISH language Medical courses Recognised in Europe and everywhere else???

I transfert in Oradea this year (3d year) cause they are the only english esction which is doing an entrance exam for 1st year , I think they are really willing to improve and not only to take $$

well there is English Dentistry Program in Cluj aswell!!!
