cuz there are some regulations to these forums.... if everyone wants to open up new topics for every question, this place with get into a chaos...

and recently, it has really...just look at the recent topics.. there are too many unnecessary topics openned up where they could easily be posted under the proper already openned topics

it wasn't a question. if you don't have something to contribute, dont. if there is a problem with a post, report it for the moderators to deal with. cuz there are some regulations to these forums.... if everyone wants to open up new topics for every question, this place with get into a chaos...
