does anybody know any place in atllanta (gwinnett county in particular) I can study for the step that is public and has individual study areas

I live in Cobb, but I would suggest using the local library in town. This is where I studied for the step and it met all of your criteria...Other suggestion would be at one of the local colleges. I believe there is a Gwinnett Technical college in the area.

Emory medical library, there is close parking you have to pay for, but you might be able to find a place to park for free

I've also heard Oglethrorp on Peachtree NE (Industrial) is good and has free parking
