Hmm.. .that's a good question.. every company is different.. but when I tried the 'try out' ones... I am M... I am.. about 160lb about 5'9 ish not fat, not mucular, no skinny.., hahahah worked in hospital before so "M" for me is just right.. not big, not lose, doesn't drag on the floor... etc.,
