Hey guys,
I posted on SDN as well...
I read on the Sackler website that they require two letters of rec from science professors. I shadowed an MD who would write me an excellent one. Can I send that in as well, or will they disregard it?

Wow, I was really surprised to see this thread bumped. For anyone else with the same question, I sent in four letters of rec. Three professors and one MD. I had an interview last week. They DEFINITELY like extra letters, the general rule of thumb, it seems, is that double the minimum is OK, beyond that it gets annoying.... ;)
