I did a search on it earlier and found that I think it was students at AUC, St. Maarten, and SMU (Cayman Islands) say it doesn't work very well. I was intrigued by it as well, but if it doesn't work well on the bigger islands I figure it won't work well on Saba. But, it's cheap enough to experiment with it.

I actually used AT&T Callvantage because @ the time it was the only provider that I could port my home phone number from the states with. Lots of other people used vonage without problems.

I am currently using it in Canada. Its great, you don't pay even when u r calling within the country and ofcourse outside, like US, you are not paying at all. The answering machine comes with it. The only negative point is that someone calling from regular phone-line (if not in the same state)to ur number will be billed. Hopefully this helped

I use MagicJack to communicate from here in SoCal to India. So far its great, even with the intermittent Internet service in India. We plugged it into a computer in India, and it has a local number. So I can just pick up the landline here and dial the local number, and viola I'm talking to family across the world, yo. So far its great, although the deal seems too good to be true. Don't be surprised if MagicJack goes the way of Dialpad because of legal issues or something...
