Conditional is done for things like pending graduation. For example, when I was about 2 months away from graduation, I was conditionally accepted given I graduated. Meaning I couldn't fail any of the classes I was currently in.

So I guess it is possible to be conditionally accepted for Fall 09 at the moment as long as you have the basics (requirements, recommendations, MCAT score, etc.).

Yeah. I'd expect alot of people who go directly from undergrad into AUC would have to be accepted conditionally into the fall semester since they probably applied before they graduated. I got in conditionally also pending my transcript proving that I attained a Bachelor's. Once I sent them my updated transcript, they sent me a letter telling me that my acceptance was then unconditional.
