View Full Version : Pre-med UW or ASU
My situation is to do 15 credits per semester at ASU or 10 credits per quarter at UW. also atasu can not work no car and time. UW, can work in ahospital on week ends. anyone have any advice?

seattle transplant here. most of the uw students say the pre-reqs classes are aimed at weeding out the students. I wouldn't say that ASU would be any easier, but semester system allows you more time to change your grade than qtr system does.
also, you'd have less on your plate (no work, no car, etc) so you could focus solely on getting your pre-reqs out of the way.
I went to SeattleU my first year and then transferred to the U. Its been hard, but I'm not gonna quit! this is our dream after all :)

Stay away from pre-med in the islands unless at a top school. ASU is believed to be a scam - undergrad credits there are worthless. I would avoid that school. Dream or no dream - do your school research.
