I screwed around my first 2 years of college, and I attained a 2.8 GPA. This is no where near my potential. If I pull off, say, a 3.4 (which I believe I am fully capable of, just got to cut down on the **) will this carry a lot of weight on my application? thank you.

I'm taking it next summer. I've taken 2 practice tests, 31 and a 30
