So I have a question about this place, I understand solutions is part of this new building, I recently spoke with some lady who works as a realtor on the island, who say some of the apartments in here are individually owned, and you dont deal with solutions, but if its the same building wouldn't you be dealing with them? and the problems such as internet and everything else ive heard? this is soo confusing. Also I can see a map with the solutions buildings but where in proximity is cote d'azur, and arbor estates from them?

because aventura is brand "new"....does this mean there wont be as many issues with power, water, internet, etc....

It has had issues, just with new items instead of old items.

i lived in that place before it was completed and there were major problems so i moved out. i know people in there now and to my knowledge the only issues they have are the same as other people off campus.....read: GEBE
