Studio size will vary but in essence a studio is one room with a bed, desk, adjoining bathroom, stove, fridge, etc. as opposed to a 1-bedroom apartment where you have a distinct bedroom, living room and so on. A studio, to my understanding, is kind of like just 1 room. Usually considered ideal for single students.

I live in a studio now; its not too large but I've seen smaller. The one I have has kitchen sort of separate from the rest so its nice in that way. If I had to guess it is probably 16'x22' + the kitchen/bathroom but don't hold me to it. Most places comes completely furnished. However, keep in mind that different studios differ in size so some may be smaller or larger than others.
