Probably covered by some catch-all clause of the VMD penal code.
However, you could always assuage your itch (while waiting for the rest of us indolent fools) by looking to the 2 existing threads on this very subject further down on this very forum page, or by searching Google.

The University of Limerick also has a 4 year GEP program.
