hi everybody! does anyone have info if there is still chance to apply for Dental Medicine at Constanta University. Im from Bulgaria,I have graduated Political science here but Im highly interested in studying Dentistry. is there a deadline?I phoned the dental department but the lady who answered the phone wasnt speaking English?Is there still education in English language.

i've been using SDAC and i've no yet receive my acceptance letter, they said to me that the Ministry told them to wait right to the end of the week.i'm worried, do I have any chance to be admitted? any one in my situation?
