What models are good?
What programs are "must have?" (and why)
I've been looking at a TyTn II, anyone know much about em?

iphone 3g epocrates
or any phone and epocrates, but epocrates on iphone is so much better, i wouldnt want to use other platform's

Look into getting a treo smartphone. The phone is palm based - and can accept all standard med software. I happen to like merck manual and thomson clincal xpert. A spare battery and charger are also good to have for call nights:evil:.
Also, do not underestimate the need for a calendar/phonebook function. After 3rd year, I am running like fifty different names/numbers.
