Why is Rising Sun cheaper than Flamboyant?

Does anyone know why Rising Sun is cheaper than Flamboyant by $150?

They are both 494 sq ft
exteriors look about the same

yet...
Rising Sun is $1050/month (I know you add $40 for water but for comparison i left it out)
Flamboyant is $1200/month

you have your own washer but a community dryer in lagoon view. however, the furniture is kinda bad.

I've seen all the apts...Lagoon view as a generator which comes in handy when GEBE decides to kill the power. Just spend he extra 100 and go to Campus Village. I spent all 5 semester there and as a friend of mine who lived in lagoon view would say - it was a pimp

i live in campus village and have been happy here for the most part. a generator would have been nice though
