E-mail housing @ aucmed.edu and ask for the latest housing list and you will get a huge list of all the available off-campus housing. The contact info for the people you need to talk to will be in the document and most people have both phone numbers and e-mail addresses listed.

Hi. I just saw ur post and I'm unsure of how far you're with the apt hunting. In case, you still need a place, I'm looking for someone to take over my lease next semester. I live in a 2 BR in Lagoon View and the rent is $1200/person/month. Call 588 1609 if interested
Thanks

Yeah, I would think so. The area code as per the other numbers in the list is 599. So if you are calling from the US I think it would go something like 011-599-*insert 7-digit number*
Not really sure what (if any) the country code is...

Yup you got it.
Dial 011+599+7 digit number.
St Maarten is so small their area code IS their country code. Just remember when calling a french number its different too.
French Number:
011+590+98 34 43 23
This is just an example because the french numbers are 8 digits and their country code is 590. Also, when you dial these numbers on a st maarten cell phone its different too! I dont' remember exactly, but you have to dial (using a st maarten cell) 01159059012121212
You have to dial the 590 twice if i remember right. When you dial dutch numbers from a dutch phone you just dial the number with no 599
Ex: 344-3433

Haha this is a little off topic, but what's the background behind the nickname "nosalliemae"?

As far as I can tell (correct me if I'm wrong) the AUC list does not show any of the Solutions housing. Check out this link:
Solutions Accounting and Management (http://www.solutionssxm.com/manage.html)
They told me they have openings at Rising Sun, Lagoon View, Palm Court, Aventura Inn, and Mahogany. See the classifieds for the special they currently have going.

Hi. I am also looking for an apartment around AUC. If you're a female and you're interested in rooming with me, please send me a message and we can talk. I have a few apartments in mind that would be cheaper with two roommates.
Thanks. :)

and for you non females (well I guess females would work too), I'm also looking for a roommate(s). I am really just interested in saving money by having a roommate. I would prefer to live within walking distance so I don't have to buy a car. PM if interested
