ok so I am double majoring in biology and history (so far). i have completed all but 5 bio classes and I could get my bio degree in may of 09. my gpa till now (july 19 08) is 2.889. Im taking the mCAT in jan and im expecting around a 26-30. should i go through with the double major (adds an entire year to undergrad) or go ahead and apply to AUC in may ? (i have shadowing experience, research experience, volunteering experience and I work at a hospital for 3 years)

No way to tell with no MCAT. Finish your degree, do well, pull up your GPA, and shoot for a 30+ on the MCAT. Then worry about Caribbean schools.
How many times are you gonna ask the same/very similar questions on here?
like lsmith said, no way to know. your gpa is kinda low (with only 5 bio classes) so you really need to boost it up for get a really high mcat score.
your double majoring would help you but if your gpa is low and your mcat is slow, then that's not gonna help.
this sounds like deja vu... feels like i've answered your questions before...

I'm sure alot of AUC students, fellow caribbean students, and stateside students would tell you this.... DO NOT "expect" a score on the mcat.....just study your off for it.
It's a tough test my friend.

Thread closed, not in least because this is about the 10th time you've asked.
