Honestly, your best best would be to come and look at the car before you purchase. Every car has something wrong with it but it's what you're looking to settle for. Price range for a used car is between $3200 and $5000 (USD). Buying from a forth semester is great but there are too little cars for the needs of the students coming to Dominica. Good luck.
