Male Roommate needed for September

I will be putting the deposit down for a place and I'm looking for a roommate. I have pics of the place so if you're interested let me know and I'll email them to you. The rent is $1500, thus it would be $750 each, and this includes water, gardening, and garbage disposal. We would have to pay electricity, internet, and cable. The place is located In Frigate Bay which is a nice area but you will need transportation.
