Male med student seeking 2 quiet male housemates for 2 master bedrooms in a 3/3 townhouse at Lakeland Villas 10 minutes from Georgetown and 2 minutes from Hurley's Supermarket.
Each room has it's own private bathroom. Townhouse is furnished and has central A/C, W/D, dishwasher, ample parking, and shared community pool.
Housemates must be responsible, respectful, and clean.
Utilities including cable and internet are shared ( split 3 ways).
Rent is $800 CI a month plus $800 CI deposit
