Residency in Canada

Hi,
I just got accepted to the first faculty of medicine at Charles and the biggest thing for me is will i be able to get residency in Canada after?
If there are any students at Charles from Canada that are planning on returning, please message me!
I don't want to be stuck with an international doctoral and not be able to get a residency in Canada.

I'd love to study in Czech and it seems like an amazing opportunity i just hope it can get me where i want to go.
