I'm in Miami right now. I was planning on staying for 8 months and taking the step here. Anyways, plans changed and I'm going back home to study for the step.
I signed a 7 month lease here and furnished the place myself (mostly from Ikea).
So it's a very nicely decorated 1 bed / 1 bath. It's about 6 miles south of the 7000 building. Nice gated community. Contact me if interested.
