Best Lender for GSP?

Can someone help clarify the whole loans ordeal for me. I'm wondering if you can or can't use the same lenders for GSP that you would use for Grenada?

Also, has anyone done any extensive research and figured out which lender has the best interest rates, taking into account excellent credit, no prior loans.
