Semmelweis University-degree in hungarian

I got accepted into the 1st year med faculty at Semmelweis University. Does anyone know if I could do the degree in Hungarian in the 2nd year. The tuition fee for the english programme is really high and I read in the bulletin that 4% of foreign students study their degree in Hungarian.
