Study first aid as well, and you'll get above 220.

That is if you stay calm and don't panic during the test. Not that you will. Just trust your answers and don't think tooooo much for each question. Remember to pace yourself and please practice doing blocks of 50 questions timed and random. The actual day is also physically challenging.

Good luck! You'll do great.

67% if unused random, then it's a great score. do take an nbme though but most importantly relax :)

If I were you take NBME 3 or 4. Those are quite similar in terms of quality of questions and length and difficulty.
I just took step 1 this past week. If you studied UW closely and firstaid you will at least get an average score with your 67% UW score. I got 73% overall in UW and I thought the Step 1 wasn't bad at all...hope this calms your nerves. BTW, don't get nervous. I know towards the last few days you might get restless and feel like you don't know jack...just do questions in UW (a mixture of everything or whatever you were weakest in) to calm your nerves and boost your confidence! Just remember you know the material just show the national boards you know it.

nbme3 predicted my usmle step1 score with in 3 points. I got 230 on nbme3 and 227 on the real exam. Don't remember what 730 is but you should get about with in +/- 10 points of that score on the real test (USMLE points).
