How did you get into the program? Did you ask about it or was it offered when you were admitted to the SOM?

Who is in charge of the program now if I want to ask about getting in? PM me thanks!

Just go see whoever is in charge of your semesters pace program and they will put you on the waiting list... you will get in when someone gets booted out for missing too many sessions... I got in right after mini 1...

1st Semester it was Dr. S from physio
2nd Dr. A from physio
3rd Dr. Y from path

I want to know if acceptance into PACE is offered upon admission to the medical school or if you have to 'apply' for it separately and if so to whom do you ask for the January 2009 semester.

I don't want to go on a wait list I want to get into it upfront!

Also, I think there are other potential reasons to doing PACE than those already out there. Don't the PACE students use pro-sected specimens and are they required to tutor other student's?

Read some of my posts on pace students, the tutoring/prosected bodies is completely incorrect...

I've read so much and spoken with so many different individuals that it's difficult to recount what is what and where it came from! Not to mention what is true and exagerated. Anywy, I am not sure where I got that info about pro-sected specimens etc. I have a call into the Dean of Admissions to try and find out more. Thanks
