Apt for rent 5th semester Roseau

Anyone planning on staying in Roseau for 5th semester. We are current students looking for someone to take over our apartment in August. We will be vacated by the 9th of August and the apartment will be available immediately. It is a 2BR 1BA furnished with kitchen fully stocked (Blender, microwave, stove, full size refrigerator, plates, glasses, etc.). The rent is $500 US per room or total $1000 US if you don't want to do the math. Apt is upstairs unit with Caribbean sea view and only 5 minutes walk from PMH and 5-8min walk to market/Astaphans. PM if interested and I will get you the landlords information.

With the rent the locals ask for, sometimes I wonder if there's a luxury resort hidden in a mountain somewhere.
