What kind of phone plans do people usually get when they come to the island? Also, are there plans where it is cheap to call the US? Does anyone have a cell phone and what kind of plans are best to get for those? I guess I'm just concerned about how much each minute will cost especially if I want to call home or if my friends want to call me. So if anyone has ideas about land line or cell phone plans, please let me know. :D
