class notes website

Hi, i'm newbie starting this august. i've been lurking on vmd all summer reading old threads and what not trying to find everything out. i knowww everyone says not to pre-read and what not but i'm home allll summer and i thought it wouldnt hurt to look stuff over. i found this link in one of the old threads. it's supposed to be class notes and I was wondering if anyone could tell me if these are still the notes used? are these notes useable and worth glancing over? thank you so muchh:)

those have not been updated for a few yrs, but content wise it should be more or less the same unless some scientists have discovered new body parts in the past 3 yrs
