SOAP note help

Here is some help for those people who are learning to write a soap note. I remember when I was "taught" how and still had no clue when it came to trying to sit down and write it. Most people have Ipod now-a-days so this is for you. If you don't PM me and I'll tell you how to get it otherwise.

Go to Itunes and do a search for Texas Tech Medcast in the podcast section. The podcast is titled Texas Tech Medcast SOAP note 101. I hope this helps everyone.
