3 fully funished rooms are available to rent for $675/month each (Preferably Male Students). The price includes everything (internet also) and is in a home located in a very safe neighborhood. (ROSS is at 7000 SW 62nd Avenue, 33143)

Several MERPers (including myself, MERP March 08) and 5th semester students have lived here in the past. The rooms are specifically for ROSS students. The kitchen/laundry/living room is shared with the landlord. Also included is weekly maid service!

The landlord is very caring/understanding and the home is located near Walmart/Target, Costco, Best Buy and several restaurants/shopping centers. There is no lease.
