2 bed / 2 bath at cayman falls, above captain marvin's, right next to campus on the same side of the street, directly across from the westin. the location is fantastic. getting to class is about 3 minutes walking slowly.
we're leaving the weekend of august 16th, so you could move in august 18th or sep 1.
the upstairs bedroom is big enough to share, so a lot of people end up with 3 living in these units.
rent is $2800 US, security deposit is also $2800 US. you will need to pay first and security to secure the lease.
electric runs anywhere from $250 US to $400 US depending on the time of year and how much A/C you use. water fluctuates from $40-$80/month, and garbage is fixed at $35 US/month.
