Anyone know anything about Lucy Inn? It looks nice on the housing website, but of course looks can be deceiving so I wanted to know if anyone could tell me about personal experience or knowledge. The database also says that it has a generator..is this actually true?

Kootney also looks really nice and has a generator and washer/dryer, etc. Only problem I see is that Kootney does not have 110v supplied, which I'm guessing I'd have to go through the hassle of getting and using a converter so my stuff doesn't blow up.

So Kootney or Lucy Inn? Haven't decided if I want a roommate or not, but it would definitely cut down on expenses with a roommate so I am kind of leaning toward one. If interested let me know.

I'd go with the closer apartment. Not sure whether that would be lucy or kootney, but probably lucy because if i recall correctly kootney is pretty far from the main campus. You do NOT want to walk far back to your apartment at night after studying.

Also, if Lucy is closer AND you don't need a transformer, I'd definitely go for lucy, cause transformers from James store are very expensive...I bought a 500 watt one for like 250 EC...I absolutely needed it so I had no choice.

The one thing about kootney thats good is that it is new and the commodities are nice and modern (at least for caribb purposes). But other than that, its really expensive and far from campus (although I do think its closer to the annex where 1st semester is held). So my advice would be to find which place is closer - if kootney is closer (which is still far imo), then go with kootney if you've got the money, as it is one of the most expensive apartments around.
