I want to apply for jan 09 and may 09. Do I have to submit 2 different applications with different LOR and personal statement, or do i just check jan 09 and may 09 on the same application. Thanks upfront for any responses

no you dont have to submit two applications, just do as the above poster said, its a rolling admission so if you dont get in they move you to the next.
