I need someone to take over the remainder of my lease from July- Septmber 8 with the option to renew. Rent is 1700/month for a large alcove studio apartment in Long Island City on the East River and border of Queens, Brooklyn and Manhattan. It's a new high rise building with a 24hr doorman, gym, rooftop deck, washer/dryers, easy street parking + monthly garage and is one stop away from Manhattan on the 7 train. Apartment has two large closets and a dishwasher. Message me for pictures.
