Hi all,
I am a Ph.D. student in Beer Sheva, who is going to graduate this year and leave to USA for 1-3 years (probably at least 2 years).
I have an apartment in one of new buildings of Yaakov Cohen St. It has three big and furnished rooms for rent (big living room + 2 bedrooms), a huge frontal balcony with plants and a really nice view of the entire city, and a private underground parking.
This building is really wanted by the foreign medical students since it is new and very close to the medical school. We have more than 10 students from the international medical program who live here.
My apartment is really big and is well-furnished with new staff. We have air conditioner in the entire apartment, big new refrigerator with a water/ice bar, electrical ovens, washing machine, dryer, well-furnished living room, dining tables, convenient sleeping beds, many closets in all the rooms, 2 bathrooms, and much much more...
In the end of September, I am going to leave for doing a postdoctoral research in USA, and I am looking for renting my apartment to quite and non-smoking students.
