... It's 2 months away.. I wouldn't want to go to a school that you could start your application 2.5 months before the school starts and get in... Apply for January or May, September is only a waitlist right now.

You'd be surprised how many people I know that applied a couple months before the semester started and got accepted.

im sure that was true in the past, but they're getting really busy and september is the most competitive semester.

It won't hurt. The worst they will do is defer you to the next semester.

I got in (albeit 5 semesters ago :P) in June for September start date.

I think you should go ahead and submit the application now if you want to start in Sept. Then, call the school after the date for the holding fee or the date for 1st sem tuition... There are always people who change their mind at the last minute, or who are unable to arrange for the tuition payment..
