Apt for next sem - read this 4th semsters

I was wondering if anyone had any leads on a good apt available starting next semester. I was hoping to get something b/w 500-600US with everything included hopefully (but if not I'm willing to go up). Also, I'd like to be between a 5 to 10 minute drive to either campus. Also, it can be more than 1 bedroom b/c I'm sure i can find people looking for indep. housing also.

Any 4th semesters wanna hook me up with a nice place?

Male; I'll need it for at least 1 semester, if the place is nice and a good deal, i wouldn't mind keeping it for 2 semesters (end of my 4th semester)

I'm a female and I have 2 female friends that will be needing places to stay next semester. We're looking for one 3 bedroom apartment, or three 1 bedroom apartments or if you have just a 2 bedroom available that's fine too. We're not trying to spend more than $800 + utilities. Also, of course we would like it to be in a nice area.

All I can say is that Serendipity Apts is not a good place to live. Most people I know have had a horrible experience with them. Now they have a cricket team living there. They hang out outside all day long, harrassing every single girl that has to walk past them.
