Hey all,

I just graduated Cornell U. in Ithaca, NY, but have yet to take a full year of Organic Chemistry and a whole year of Physics (and obviously the Mcats). I'm going to be in Israel next year however (and would love to be there for the year after!) Does anyone know if there is a place to take Orgo/physics in Israel (in english) for a full year to fulfill pre-med requirements? Specifically for BGU or Sackler?!

Thanks!
Michal

They used to give that stuff in Hebrew U. I dont know about the others places. I am sure thaey have it in hebrew though. Please note that if you are intending to go to medical school in Israel I am not sure as to the wisdom in taking the courses here. You should probably call up the schools you are considering and ask them if it hampers, helps, or does nothing for your chances.

that the Technion, though not other Israeli medical schools, are telling students that they will accept their credits and after the get here and pay there tuition inform them that they in fact do not accept there credits and force them to pay full tuition for the classes that the students have done already, this has happened to at least one student in each of the past 2 years. So if the school says that taking courses here is ok make sure you ghet it in writing before paying out a single dollar.

you will only find these courses in hebrew.
