THough no one replied with any advice...I will give some of mine + experiences....
Testing center: Houston
Time 8AM (I arrived @ 7:15AM, which was about right)
All the MS's went up to 7th floor together and was oriented.
Test was fair and straightforward overall.
Had nice food during the breaks
Best advice is to study First Aid CS for at least 2 weeks, for a few hours per day with a partner going over simulated cases. FInish them each 2x. Begin by practicing history taking & writting notes
Then 4-5 days out, go over the MINI-cases to brush up on your DDx, workups.
The last 3-1 days out, practice PE (emphasizing the tougher ones, Neuro, MMSE, so that you can breeze through them)
Last 1-2 days out, go over DDx, workup for minicases
During the exam, I didn't forget any of the "common sense" stuff..(drapping, washing hands, lowering gown, so forth) b/c I'd practice this EVERY time w/ my partner so it was second nature.
If anything, I felt, i might have missed a few misc. detailed History Qs, or fudged a DDx here & there, but OVERALL, I felt great about it...
In doing this, i felt very confident going in...and very confident comming out!

congratulations on passing! I forgot a lot of "basic" stuff in the interview. But I felt those were stuff that in real life you could just pop your head back in the room and quickly ask.
All in all, it is an English and "niceness" test. Do you speak English? Are you nice and caring? Then you'll pass.
