We are a married couple renting one of our rooms. Women only. Please, you must be very neat.

You will also have a Full Private bathroom with lots of storage space in it.
We do not smoke and prefer someone who doesn't either. Very quiet place, great for studying. All amenities included. $520/month. $520 deposit.
