these videos seem to very helpful if in clinicals and the pp are for maybe the classes!!! not spam at all you should take a look at them!!

Never thought I'd say this, but thank you to Dilzmega. That stuff is actually right on for ICM, and will probably be very helpful!

Exactly...not about having a hard or soft spot, I just call it as I see it.

I do, and I like it a lot. They don't cover the same stuff though. The videos at the link are almost exactly what we've been doing for physical exam in ICM. I quickly looked over the heart auscultation and neck exam (while procrastinating), and they were right on. Especially since we only have 10 days of ICM a semester, those videos will be good to refresh and keep everything in the right order.

I was surprised too because it came from a friend who can't pass a chem class for nothing but gets A's in everything else. I thought they might be helpful but would you need them as a first year.

well fortunately they seem to be american physicians with an american narrator. I don't really care who hosts the videos. Compare the exam videos to what you've done in ICM and make your own opinion.

What i did is download all the videos to my Apple Itouch this way while in class if I needed to refrence it i could as far as the videos.
