Hello all,
So i was recently speaking to a friend who was doing his Medicine core at St. Mike's in newark. He mentioned to me how he never really sees or speaks to his attending and how most of his interaction is with his intern and team and subsequently the team leaders and the chief resident at the top. He also said the current medicine sub-i student also kind of tags along with the Intern with minimal to no interaction with anyone else other than the members of her team (which does not include an attending physician). If this is true, how do people manage to get LORs from attendings at this hospital. I wanted to do my Sub-I there not only for the experience, but also for a LOR.
Anyone with any thoughts?
thanks in advance,
SK
