How long does it take to get to 7000 from your bldg, seems far on mapquest, especially if you have to fight am rush hour traffic on dixie hwy. Do you still have rooms available? How many students do you have? all they all from Ross/Merp. Would like some references or feedback from previous occupants. Thanks.

By car about 15 minutes. By bus you only need to take bus 37 it's 3 blocks from the house and drops you off in front of 7000 according to the Miyars!:)

Well Sherumd, I do not stay there! The Miyars told me this when I inquired about staying at their place! It seems like a great place to stay! If you give them a call, you can talk to Bill! He stays there and is a MERP student! He told me all about this place! I was going to stay there but my roommate and I found an apartment only 5 mins away (walking distance!):D Not trying to close the door on the Miyars's place but if you PM me, I will give you info. on the place my roommate and I will be staying!!!!:cool:
