A non-deferred loan is better than no loan, at least for me. Do you know what kind of loan it is, how much can be borrowed, etc? Thank you for your help. It sounds like this is a loan which comes directly from Xavier?

TFC is a receivables comapny; very poor 'solution' for a monumental problem.
