Apartment Wanted

Hello, I may be attending Statia in September (2008) and I wanted to know who may be moving out or renting their apartment around this time and the price. Things I'm looking for:

Air Conditioner
Screened windows
Furnished
Prefer no more than 15-20 minute walking distance from school
Prefer Washer

I think you're best bet for finding housing would be from the school housing website....not many people come on here to advertise housing that they know and for me personally, the places that i know of that are opening up are already filled. Sorry couldnt be of any more help.
