I see that many people have commented on the benefits regarding quality of life that SABA offers over AUC, but, if academics and future prospects were the sole concern (i.e. how well one school prepares you for boards, the quality and types of clinicals/residencies you can get, the quality of the professors), which school would you pick? I need to send my deposit out tomorrow, but I am having a really difficult time deciding. Your help is extremely appreciated.

It's hard to comment on the future of the school that far down the line. Things are constantly changing. I guess the best judgment you could make here is about the location of rotations if you're looking for a particular location.
Academics... Saba has smaller class sizes, although they have been steadily increasing. As far as the quality of education, again it is subjective and there are a 1000 threads commenting both ways.
FINANCES...this is a real issue now and may be a dealbreaker for you. Saba has no real loan options or prospects right now. So if AUC has federal loans, and you don't want to risk a serious financial situation arising if Saba doesn't get loans soon, there really is no decision to be made here. AUC wins hands down.
