per Chancellor: we aren't going to hear anything about this program until mid-semester or slightly after due to them finalizing everything with it.

LOL..... those people who work in FA are the people that I feel most sorry for. Talk about a tough job to have right now. Its not their fault our US Loan system has gone DOA on us.

Luckily my wife knows these things and has been proactive for me in developing and supporting a possible plan "B" for myself.

It's one thing to tell myself "I'll just wait and see how this DAP turns out", and its a whole other thing to tell my wife and two sons "we'll just wait and see how this DAP turns out".

Especially when the DAP isn't going to be established until midway or towards the end of this semester. Because....... what if it doesn't work out for me.... then what...... I could go home and do Davenport and apply into a PA program somewhere...... No thank you....;)

I Spoke with Cancellor Marvin and told me that it was nt 100% Defintite of DAP, but he was very confident that he could tell us about it... so im pretty sure its going to happen. the DAP is prolly going to yield aroudn 16-20,000 but i would prolly set it around 17 or 18,000 its more than likely going to be a First come first serve program...so i would recomend applying even if you dont need it.. that is what i am doing. Im hoping TERI comes through for me for the next few semesters and what i save i can use towards 4th and 5th if there isnt a lender out there
