Hi guys, Im currently subletting a place in Astoria (Queens). Its in a great area and walking distance to almost anything you can want. Its close to trains, has laundromat right across the street and only a short 10 min subway ride to the city. Its available for sublet on July 1st. The landlord is very easy to deal with.
